Go 8 on 4-1 or 4-2 and hard roll. Do not stop until all of your 4-cost core units are 2-star. Before that, your board is not stable enough to greed interest. Once everything is 2-star, in stage 5 you can either go 9 for 2-star 5-costs or stay 8 and chase a 3-star 4-cost. Commit only if your Arbiter effect is 'gain AP after every 3 attacks'—that is mandatory. Frontline in one line. Keep Nunu and both carries on the same side as the enemy main carry so Nunu's CC can connect. Standard level 8 4-cost board. The gameplay is relatively simple, but your items need to be good and the Arbiter effect must be the right one.
