At 4-1 or 4-2, decide based on HP, econ, and shop whether to settle for a standard level 8 4-cost board or push for the Fast 9 cap. If you are staying level 8, spend freely and make sure all your 4-costs are 2-star before thinking about anything else. If your HP and econ are both good enough for Fast 9, only roll a little and make sure you still hold 30+ gold through stage 4. After wolves, go 9 on 5-1 or 5-2 and full send the rolldown. Position to use Shen's buff whenever possible. The condition for this line is the same: you need a 6+ win streak through early-mid game, level 9 in stage 5 with 30+ gold remaining, and at least 30 HP. If you cannot meet those benchmarks, pivot to a lower-cap board like standard level 8 Xayah or another AD level 8 board and play for placement. This is a Fast 9 board. It is hard to cap, but once capped it generally is not hard-countered by other comps.
